Entity Record Search

Privacy for entity lookup requests

Requests sent to Entity Record Search

Entity Record Search keeps the name, email, company, optional phone, the entity lookup you described, the state, the page on entityrecordsearch.com, campaign parameters that were on that page, and the country on the connection. The note exists so we can reply. We do not sell it. Ask about a note at hello@entityrecordsearch.com.

Entity types are not labels you can swap. A corporation, an LLC, a limited partnership, a nonprofit, and a business trust can share a search box and still have different report rules. The type on the detail page tells you which statute the office applied. An “entity lookup” that ignores type will misread a nonprofit’s report cycle as if it were a for-profit LLC.

Entity Record Search does not issue a legal-entity identifier and does not revive a dissolved company.
